Cesar’s journey in construction began in El Salvador, where he learned the trade from his uncle, a general contractor. After immigrating to the United States during the 1980s, he worked a series of hard-earned jobs before rediscovering his calling in carpentry. A chance opportunity, sparked by a handmade TV cabinet and a conversation at a gas station led him back into the field he loved. From there, Cesar helped build a successful construction company before launching his own firm, which he ran independently for two decades.

Known for his integrity, craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Cesar has built Right Choice Builders into a trusted name in residential and commercial renovation. Whether he’s overseeing a full-scale remodel or a custom build, he brings unmatched attention to detail and a dedication to quality that ensures each project is done right, the first time.
